標(biāo)識(shí)標(biāo)牌的類型：
Type of identification plate:
1、屋頂式：指在某建筑物的屋頂上設(shè)置一些固定結(jié)構(gòu)物，并在上面掛著或貼著的板形活立方形或幻性的標(biāo)識(shí)標(biāo)牌。
1. Roof type: refers to the plate-shaped living cubic or illusory sign that is hung or pasted on the roof of a building with some fixed structures.
2、豎式：整個(gè)比例豎向比擬長(zhǎng)。普通整面都被應(yīng)用為標(biāo)識(shí)標(biāo)牌。比方有些景區(qū)門口的引導(dǎo)牌、或者醫(yī)院普通都會(huì)有這樣的標(biāo)識(shí)牌。
2. Vertical: the whole scale is relatively long vertically. The common whole face is applied as a sign. For example, some guide signs at the entrance of scenic spots, or hospitals generally have such signs.
3、地柱形：標(biāo)志在空中的某些固定結(jié)構(gòu)上的橫形、豎形、平面形的標(biāo)識(shí)標(biāo)牌。這種就是會(huì)呈現(xiàn)在公園花園里面，或者大型的道路標(biāo)牌。
3. Ground pillar: a horizontal, vertical, or plane sign marking certain fixed structures in the air. This is what will be shown in the park garden, or large road signs.
4、突形：在建筑物的墻面上突出，除了反面以外的整面或有兩側(cè)墻面的狀況下，兩側(cè)都被應(yīng)用為廣告載體的標(biāo)識(shí)標(biāo)牌。這種就表現(xiàn)在有的公司門口的LOGO或者是帶點(diǎn)欣賞性的標(biāo)識(shí)牌。

Manufacturing process of signs
一、鋁合金型材要求
1、 Requirements for aluminum alloy profiles
契合鋁合金標(biāo)牌型材的質(zhì)量要求。鋁合金型材的角底偏向少于正負(fù)偏向1度。平面間隙<=0.4%*B(B為型材寬度)。
Conform to the quality requirements of aluminum alloy sign profiles. The angle bottom deviation of aluminum alloy profile is less than 1 degree of positive and negative deviation. Plane clearance < = 0.4% * B (B is the profile width).
二、亞克力標(biāo)牌加工的要求
2、 Acrylic label processing request
尺寸及外形分歧，外表無氣泡及劃痕。外表經(jīng)過粗砂、細(xì)砂、碾磨處置，保證其外表平滑無臺(tái)階。完成后外表光澤溫和平均、無顆粒狀物、無氣泡、透光平均。
The size and shape are different, and there is no bubble or scratch on the surface. The surface is treated with coarse sand, fine sand and grinding to ensure that it is smooth without steps. After completion, the surface luster is mild and average, without particles, bubbles and light transmittance.
三、不銹鋼工藝要求
3、 Stainless steel process requirements
不銹鋼板須刨坑折彎焊接（不銹鋼板須先刨坑之后折彎，以保證邊緣挺拔度）；
The stainless steel plate shall be planed, bent and welded (the stainless steel plate shall be planed first and then bent to ensure the edge straightness);
保證折彎處圓弧角R＜1MM。肅清外表的油污，減少焊縫構(gòu)成的虛焊、氣孔、裂紋等缺陷。焊接完后將一切可見焊縫打磨潤(rùn)滑，與四周外表一樣平滑，無明顯劃痕。
Ensure that the arc angle R at the bend is less than 1mm. Eliminate the oil stain on the surface, and reduce the defects such as faulty welding, air hole and crack formed by the weld. After welding, all visible welds shall be polished and lubricated, as smooth as the surrounding surface, without obvious scratches.
四、烤漆工藝要求
4、 Paint baking process request
清洗外表殘留物，補(bǔ)灰，打磨等一系列外表處置。采用型油漆烤漆處置。烤漆房須無塵埃顆粒車間，烤漆外表涂層三涂三烤處置，涂層厚度大于或等于35微米。
A series of surface treatment, such as cleaning the surface residue, mending the dust, polishing, etc. Use environment-friendly high-quality paint for baking. The paint room shall be free of dust particles, and the external coating of the paint shall be painted three times and baked three times, and the coating thickness shall be greater than or equal to 35 microns.
五、油漆顏色要契合設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)劃要求
5、 Paint color shall meet the requirements of design plan
面漆膜應(yīng)平滑、平均，不允許呈現(xiàn)流痕、皺紋、桔皮、氣泡、夾雜等影響裝飾效果的缺陷。
The top coat film shall be smooth and average, and shall not show flow marks, wrinkles, orange peel, bubbles, inclusions and other defects affecting the decoration effect.
六、絲印工藝要求
6、 Silk screen printing process requirements
菲林沖制網(wǎng)版，絲印外表用酒精或白電油將外表清算潔凈。
Feilinchong screen, silk screen surface with alcohol or white oil to clean the surface.
絲印顏色要契合設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)劃請(qǐng)求，字體及圖案筆劃明晰，無變形、鋸齒等缺陷。
The color of silk screen should meet the requirements of the design plan. The font and pattern strokes should be clear without deformation, sawtooth and other defects.
絲印圖形文字顏色與底色比照無明顯浸透現(xiàn)象。
There is no obvious saturation between the color of silk screen graphics and the background color.
七、竣工外觀要求
7、 Finished appearance requirements
裝置完成后標(biāo)識(shí)牌外觀精巧，外表無螺釘，無劃痕、氣泡及明顯的顏色不平均，烤漆須無明顯色差，所用資料契合設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)劃請(qǐng)求。
After the completion of the device, the appearance of the signboard is exquisite, without screws, scratches, bubbles and obvious uneven color. The paint must have no obvious color difference. The data used shall meet the requirements of the design plan.
