　　一、室外廣告牌定制應與整體布局規劃建造單位規劃規劃要求共同。施工圖應與規劃嚴密和諧;大型室外高炮立柱廣告牌的規劃運用周期為20年，其他室外樓頂房頂墻體等類型廣告牌規劃運用周期為10年。室外廣告牌的設置負荷應在修建結構荷載規范要求之內。 根本風壓應為0.45kN / m2，并考慮高度系數，風振系數，體形系數等。對于地震多發區，還應考慮地震沖擊和其他荷載的歸納要素。室外廣告牌定制用鋼結構應契合鋼結構規劃規范的有關規則和室外廣告牌鋼結構的技能規則，并應考慮用于核算鋼結構銜接件的抗扭強度。

　　二、室外落地式廣告牌根底設備規劃應契合以下規范：

　　⑴室外落地式廣告牌應根據土壤條件和結構施工現場的根底。并合理核算地基強度，必要時應核算地基抗滑的穩定性。地基面積不得超越地面面積的1/4;
